Wisdom Sessions will be held on Sunday mornings at 8am AEDT. There will be 3 sessions each month, and 1 week off each month for rest & integration (12 wisdom sessions in total). Approx 90 mins duration
Sadhana Sessions will be held weekly on Mondays at 6:30pm AEDT (16 sessions in total). Approx 60 mins duration.
